Founder’s Office Role

We’re hiring for a Founder’s Office role at a Gurgaon-based consumer/FMCG startup directly under a founder with 25+ years of experience in the FMCG space.

This is not a support role.
This is a front-row seat to strategy, fundraising, and execution.

You’ll work on:

•⁠  Core business and growth initiatives
•⁠  Investor decks, board materials, and strategic narratives
•⁠  Investor relations and founder-level communication
•⁠  Deep analytical work and decision support

Who this is for:

•⁠  Tier 1 education preferred (IITs strongly preferred)
•⁠  Experience with consumer or FMCG brands
•⁠  Extremely strong with pitch decks and storytelling through data
•⁠  Comfortable with numbers, financial analysis, and ambiguity
•⁠  Sharp, articulate, and confident in spoken and written English
•⁠  Someone who can operate at founder speed and ownership

Location: Gurgaon (on-site)
Compensation: ₹50-₹80 LPA (Fixed + ESOPs)
Joining: Immediate
